For the good of our neighbors

The fertile farmland surrounding Hartville, Ohio, is uniquely suited for the intense cultivation of leafy green vegetables. A skilled labor force is necessary to accomplish the enormous task of planting, tending and harvesting during the growing season.

Currently, over 375 men and women arrive with their families to our area from various states and countries. From April to October, the majority of these workers reside in employer provided housing.
